ABOUT
Chloe Sami (b.1991, London) is an artist of English and South Asian heritage, specialising in oil and watercolour works. She is currently based in Bath, UK.
Chloe has been an artist for as long she can remember, with depth, magic and the unseen being present in each and every brushstroke.
Using the traditional Renaissance & Rococo techniques and styles of the old masters, she builds up her paintings with luminous layers to achieve a soft and ethereal glow to each piece of artwork.
Her work interweaves themes of nature with goddesses, the divine feminine and mystical symbology. She often explores the paring of inner light with shadow and depth, both in the subject matter of her paintings and in the colours and hues of her work.
Beauty, magic and authenticity is at the forefront of what she creates and runs through every piece of artwork.
